Return and Refund Conditions

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us. Please note that the return must be sent to the address provided.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without us first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Questions

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and if the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 30 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding this, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If so, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
